Louis Lehot is the founder and managing partner of L2Counsel, P.C., located in the heart of Silicon Valley on California Avenue in Palo Alto.  Louis has an extensive global legal career, specializing in working with companies of all stages of development. Whether they be two people in a WeWork, venture capital-backed companies in high growth, or companies with private equity financing through the exit, IPO, and beyond, Louis is positioned to provide tailored legal advice that is practical, commercial, and cost-effective for his clients.  He also specializes in assisting innovative venture capital, growth equity and private equity investors in deals of all sizes, from early-stage angel or seed round financing to IPO and beyond.  He enjoys assisting companies as they grow, building out their governance and compliance function, as they raise capital and steering them through eventual M&A or public offering.
